  1. Well the foods will help that is for sure! I feel like the old me again with lots of energy (: I cant believe how good I feel. Tomorrow will be 14 days out. I go back to work soon. I rather just stay home and get paid (: lol but I'm sure we all would. The real test for me will be when I go back I work to nights 6pm-6am 5 days one week and 2 the next and 5 again etc.
  2. Yes mine was to the right of my belly button too. It went up and down like it was a muscle. I just did nothing for 2 days and it went away. Are you doing to much?
  3. I only tried the rtd (ready to drink) ones and I did like them but the draw back for me was they were so EXPENSIVE. They run about 5.00 usc each. I have never tried the powdered version

  8. I was so sad about it too.... and see others that are about the same time out down a bunch compared to mem I didnt notice anything until I went to put my regular clothes on and holy cow! I probably could go down a size but I like them a little big for now. So keep your chin up it gets better!!!

  14. I personally like Syntrax nectar: carribean cooler and lemon tea Syntrax sweets: double stuffed oreo Now I don't like sweet thick shakes so I mix all of these with water. If you have never tried syntrax you can google: syntrax sample packs and you can get 10-14 packs for under 20.00(usc) and you can try then each? That is what I did. Good luck
  15. I went out today and finished up my clothes shopping for work. I went to Salvation Army today and got 10 pairs of pants for 5.00 (usc). They were actually 49 cents each. I got some of the sizes I was missing. So if they dont fit or whatever..... I'm out 50 cents each lol
  16. They do since its a diuretic. ... a lot of caffeine will dehydrate you is why they don't really want you drinking it.
