  1. Yes..I too had my appointments outlined with dates...sleep study..cardiac egd....not in that particular order but all were done...his staff is excellent..and I recommend him to anyone.   3. Everything is going great..today makes 1 wk post op and I am down 12lbs...started my full liquids...I made some vegetable Soup for my family and the broth from that was fabulous..so far so good

I had my surgery on 12/20..and I have to be on clear liquids for 7 days as well...but me being me wanted to try one of my atkins Proteins...and it was fine..it down fine to...I say listen to your body...and don't over do it...I see my doc on Friday...btw I am down 11lbs since surgery...about 2lbs a day.   11. Well I am minutes away from walking into Baylor Trophy Club Medical to have my revision. I feel very calm and good about this decision to have my band removed.   16. @the curvyj..I know right..I am definitely don't want to starve..I will strain some soups I have and go with what I have. I have my water..diet green tea..sugar free jello..broths..and protein shakes..one day at a time I guess...when is your surgery?

  18. Hi All: I started my liquid diet today. .I only have to do a week...as my revision surgery from lapband to vsg is Dec. 20th. Anywho, just wanted to get feedback on what or how you maintained your focus while on the diet. Right now I am at work and my stomach is growling big time.. Of course everyone here is talking about food and holiday parties..cocktail recipes..I just want to get out of here. ..maybe if I go shopping on lunch that would help...any suggestions...?
