Hi everyone. I am on my 3rd week hade surgery on 10/16,and I've gained weight in the last week, about 15lbs!! I lost 27lbs in two weeks. HELP!!!!! What am I doing wrong!?!?!!!

Am only two weeks post op, but have been worrying about the hair loss too. I already have thinning hair so I can't afford to loose any. I do take my biotin and I shower with shampoo from chilies and rosemary. But I am actually going on Friday to go shorter. And after a couple of months am going even shorter. The length of my hair is middle of my back.

You look AMAZING!! 375 was my starting weight also. Am only 2 weeks post op, but I hope to loose that much in 6months. You are very Inspiring!!! ???? Crystal

I was sleeved on 10/16, and weighed 356lb. Weighed my self on Tuesday 10/22 I was 345lb!! So HAPPY and Excited. That's 11lb gone I can't wait till I loose much more. I also lost 12lb on my two week Pre-diet. That's 23lb just this month. Mind blowing.

I have UHC, docs office told me it would take a month. I heard from then in less then two weeks.

Am 4 days out hade surgery on Tuesday the 16th, haven't hade a bowl movement sins morning of surgery date. Am on purée food right know. I Was wondering if I can take some fiber pills to help me out?

3 day out. Was wondering if I can take Gas-X strips. HELP!! The nurse at the hospital said I couldn't take them. Thanks guys.

Today is my 3rd day as well. Got home around noon. Hospital stay was ok nurses were great. Still have some pain it might just be gas pain. Staying positive, and moving going for a walk in a bit. Being using my heating pad it is making me fell a bit better, passing more gas. Good luck to all ,Crystal

Still in a bit of pain, but more nauseous then anything in the morning they hade me drink that barium and it was AWEFUL made me more nauseous and very full. I could drink my breakfast or lunch.... Also am super sleepy I thinks it's because the anestisia. Thanks everyone!
