  5. I was sleeved on 9/27. 4 weeks out and down 31 lbs.
  6. I cannot stand the taste of plain Greek yogurt either. Another member of this forum posted they use 1 small container of plain chobani mixed with 1/2 package of sugar free cheescake pudding. It is now a staple of mine, tastes just like cheesecake!
  7. I am now 4 days post-op and I decided after 1 dose of the liquid pain medicine all I would do is puke if I continued to take it. I decided I could handle the pain more than the dry heaving, so i stppped taking it on day 1 post-op. Today is the first day I can stand up without severe pain in my left side, so the pain is getting better. Good news for me is my blood sugar has completely normalized and I no longer take any diabetes meds. As of this morning I am down 10 lbs since surgery day and 16 lbs total. Hang in there! Hope everything continues to improve for you:)
  8. I was sleeved on September 27th also. Hope everyone is doing well! I am still sore on my left side but my blood sugars have normalized already so no more diabetes meds.......woo-hoo. How is everyone doing?
