Oh my gosh...u r my inspiration!! I am bobbling between 297 & 303. My surgery date is Nov 20. Can you tell me what you did as you went through your journey? How did you exercise? What protein did you drink? I would appreciate any information :-) I want to be a success like you...you look GREAT!!

I'm November 20 in Indianapolis and very excited. I could have had it earlier but asked to have then because of my work schedule. Not sure how long my pre-op diet is. I was told someone would call me 30 days prior to my surgery date to set up all pre-op tests and such. I started this back in April and can't believe it's so close :-)

I am sooo excited. I was approved by my insurance today...only took 4 days...and got my surgery date. Due to my work schedule, I asked for a surgery date near Thanksgiving. I was given my date today and it is November 20. I am interested in everyone's experiences :-)
