This is great! I m very glad I did this. I have somw weeks with no loss thwn it picks back up. Not even sure what I want for a goal weight. But hope to lose another 20 lbs for sure.

Nice job !! If you don't mind your height and pre surgery weight? And how is your hair loss?? My hair loss has been crazy it scares me.

Im 4 months today. Down 53 lbs

Today is my 4 month anniversary yay!! U started at 231 lbs... today 178 lbs down 53 lbs. Im so amazed and happy I hope it keeps going. I am losing hair like crazy hope it stops soon. I do have more energy though.

I did some research and they say it will grow back. Im gonna stay positive and tell myself it will grow back, but I will be better at taking vitamins and getting my protein.

Hi I had my surgery on 9/4 to and like the other person with the same surgery day I to started losing my hair at exactly 3 months out. The loss is scaring the Crap out of me, my hair used to be very thick but now at 4 months out it is VERY THIN!! I stopped vitamins for about 2 months just because I kept forgetting. I now set my phone alarm to remind me to take them. I am taking biotin and took biotin 3 months before surgery. I hope out stops or at least slowed down because it scares me. I'll keep you updated.

Ok here is my update. December 4th was my 3 month I weighed in at 187 lbs. For a total loss of 44 lbs.. I'm happy and very surprised that I lost that much. I'm looking forward to the next month. I still eat between 3 and 4 oz. Snack on cheese and turkey pepperoni . Have to get back track taking my vitamins though and start drinking more I feel very tiered a lot. Got cleared for the gym so I hope I start soon my 2 yr old twins make thanks a bit hard sometimes lol. Well good luck everyone else and talk to Ya soon .

Wow yes we are close. I had problems to I was in for 6 days. Its seems allow but in actual it's amazing. I remember watching the scale go up thinking it qiuld never go down but does. Looks like your on the same loss as me. Its good to have someone so close. How are you eating now?

Yea your Doug great. I was sleeved on 9/4/12 and I'm down 35 lbs in 9 weeks so happy never thought it was possible

Thanksb you were right. 9 weeks lost 4 lbs. Down to 196
