  1. Sweetie i had the same concerns as you. I am not a small build woman. I have the stout bones of a small football player and my frame super skinny would not look very nice cause i agree with you a fuller body looks better on certain frames.This is where you concern yourself with BMI instead of pounds when you reach your goal. As long as you maintain a healthy BMI then the pounds can move slightly up or down. Hope this helps good luck

    Ladies it hurts cause that part of your vagina hasn't been touched in a while.     Doctors check for high levels of nicotine that could cause complications with anesthesia. If you have been smoke free up until your relapse your nicotine level should still be low enough to preform your surgery just no more naughty no-no's. Problem is staying smoke free, I couldn't do it, started back up two days after surgery. Good luck to you!

    Protein Shakes?

    If you hate shakes you can always go the bar route. I eat protein bars instead cause i hate the taste of shakes. I found these awesome bars by Cliff they range from 15-30 grams in each bar. I buy a variety cause some days I can eat more than one bar others i am just not in the mood to eat so i eat the 30 gram bar. They taste supper yummy too.
  5. Oh thank god it is not just me. I am almost six months out and am losing about 1-3 pounds a week. I think it is time to up the work out routine maybe.

    Protein shakes can be so gross. I do protein bars found some that range from 15-30 grams of protein a bar. much better than nasty shakes.
  7. Kelly123, Just breath. Stalls and small gains are typical if you weigh your self multiple times a week at different times of day. Pick one day a week at a set time. I went through the scale obsession my first couple of months, it can drive you mad. Also never move the scale keep it in one place, cause houses are never perfectly level and moving it can alter the results. Diet wise, bread is not your friend, weather you can eat it or not. Your tiny stomach spends more time breaking down the carbs and not working on the protein. I don't think any other sleever will argue, you need to hit your protein goal. If you don't its not pleasant. Sounds like your eating what you want and not what you need (don't mean to sound mean) I found these protein bars made by Cliff are great they have them ranging from 15-30 grams of protein in a bar. I buy a variety because some days i can eat more than one bar and some i can't.
