  3. Thank you all for your advice. What strength training exercises do you use?
  4. I go to the gym about 3x a week. I only do cardio. Sometimes treadmill sometimes the bike sometimes the elliptical. I stay for about an hour. But I still feel like I haven't done enough. I want to hit the weights but do not know where to start. Any advice or sample regimen will be appreciated. I try to do what my husband dies but scared it night be to harsh on me right now. I have no money for a personal trainer so I desperately need help from you all!! Hugs, Ayye

  15. It's from the anesthesia. To prevent from getting pneumonia cough it up and spit it out! Hold a pillow over your stomach and cough or huff really hard so u can.get the mucus out!
  16. Thanx all. I just didn't know if it was normal or not. My first mind said to make an appt with my doctor. So that's what ill do.
  17. Its only one that looks Like this. I clean like three times a day. I was using band aids to cover but the Dr said to not use them so much so it can heal faster.
  18. So my incission opened maybe day 8 and it was white the size of a quarter leaked a little bit. My surgeon said not to worry because it takes time and it was the biggest one. And to come back if the white part doesnt fall off or if the area surrounding gets really red. But I look at my incision and it doesn't look normal. I do not cover it. I wash it daily. Nothing has fallen off yet. It's yellowish and pus comes from it when pushed down. It doesn't hurt just itches. It looks Luke its healing but I'm concerned that its healing over all this crustiness and its really hard underneath. None of my other incisions did this. Any.ideas what I should do?
