Well I didn't hit my goal I was supposed to be 179 by today... And when I weight myself I was @181 not off by much but I still didn't hit my goal

So I'm at 183 leaving me to lose another 4 pound by Thursday I've been stalled for about a week... So I don't think in going to make it but I'm going to try I'm not do happy with myself.

It will get easier I was sleeved on 9-17...

For the first two weeks I slept on my couch.... It was easier n more confertable...

You can say that..... That's what I said then I took 3 weeks off and came back part time for another month,,.. The doctors note doesn't have to say what you having surgery for

I want to join this challenge too,.... Starting weight 220 Current weight 189 Thanksgiving 179 New Years 169 My goal weight at the end of my journey is 140

Surgery date 9/17/12 I've lost 31 pounds I'm at 188 PDs For thanksgiving I would like to be 178 I would like to lose another 10pds

I am a week out of surgery and I am struggling... I am still under severe pain can anyone give me any advice
