Love it.I have lost 8 lbs since last Wednesday.Congrats ladies! My date is official just got word that my insurance company approved me! 10/10@12:00I'm the the 10thJust bolied chicken breast (boneless,skinless) bell pepper, onions, celery and seasoned with garlic powder and seasoning salt. Drain it and drink the broth, made chicken salad for the family with the chicken. I also cooked turnip greens and drink the broth. My doctor said no to salads and meals.I know how you feel, I was so weak yesterday I thought I was gonna pass out. I'm waiting for replies to your question too. I made some homemade broth today, so I feel a lil better. When is your date for surgery?Praying for all that is having surgery today. I'm at the hospital doing my pre-admit. Getting real.... day 7 of liquid dietI have to pay 250 to the hospital and 300 to Dr. BakerThe shakes are 139.00. And u get a lot of them with vitamins included. My procedure will be at Baptist. I go tomorrow for the pre-op lab work upMy consult with Dr. Baker was on the 25thU have to be on the liquid diet 14 days before surgery. My Sept 25th. Started liquids on the 26th.I like that user name . I'm using Dr. Baker, I'm on day 6 of 14. And it has been torture. My surg date is the 10th. Do u have a date scheduled yet?Day 5 and I know what u mean. Not hungry, so amazing. The weekend has been hard, gotta find something to keep busy.I found some skinny water ar Brookshire's. It's actually pretty good.How have the sleeve treating you? How much weight have you lost?What part?I add a tsp of sugar free, fat free instant pudding to mine. The taste is wonderful. Especially the lemon, banana cream ! Yummy. I'm on day 4 of 14This is day 2 of my pre op, a little better I'm adding a little SF FF pudding to the shake and it is soooo tasty.It got to be some Arkansas sleevers out there.No Costco in our area. I guess I'll google them. ThanksWho sell these?Day 1 liquid diet... HELP! I'm using the HMR from the doctor's office and the smell is awful and the taste is worse. How can I spice it up?
