  2. Hello Everyone! I live in West Phoenix, and was sleeved on October 17th b Dr. Kevin Potter at St. Josephs Hospital. Everything went very well, and I have lost 18 lbs since I weighed myself the morning of surgery. He was amazing and made me feel very comfortable from day one.
  3. Hello everyone! Congrats for getting through surgery safely! My surgery was October 17th. They kept me in the hospital for 3 nights and 4 days. I am not 100% sure why I was kept for so long, but I am told it is because of the amount of pain I was in, and until a day or two ago, I was still in a good amount of pain. Luckily it has lightened up and I currently feel much better. I ate/drank what was given to me at the hospital pretty well. It wasn't until I was home that I had problems. Most things were fine, unfortunately the things that I couldn't get myself to tolerate was my protein! lol I am starting to be able to add in protein shakes, and have found thinned re-fried beans to be my choice to go to meal (luckily it has protein) . I hope you all are doing well, and wish everyone the best of luck on each of your own beautiful journey !
