Hi yes I have to lose 5lbs when I next see my dietician on the 12th oct and then start the milk diet on the 17th for 2 weeks before surgery :-)

Hi everyone my name is Carly I'm 31 I have 4 children all under the age of 7 and I am from the uk. I'm booked to have my surgery on haloween with mr Douglas whitelaw at spire private hospital I would like to lose about 9st very nervous n excited I start my milk diet on the 17th october.
