Hey guys 2days out on a full clear liquid and doing great

mines too at 8;30 good luck

my hubby and my sister and brother in law are handling clean up and cooking and my job gave me four weeks off vacation mix with some personal and sick day

hello minds is tomorrow 24 at 6am at Beth Israel hospital in Newark , NJ 5'5 274 and a mother of 5 kids and so nervous right now

don't beat your self up . we all fall down just get back up and as far as your snacking on the job what ever you carving just find a healthy sub like if you want chips eat some peanuts or some carrots with vegetable dip. you can do it

I'm six day away from my surgery i read a lot of post and afraid i not going to lose the weight i need

@ nick's mom my sister had an r n y last year i seen how good she have done but still nervous @ audra i feel the same way

closer i get the more nervous i become .how about you ?
