I was sleeved on 10-25 and my starting weight was 220. This morning I'm 209.6. Coming along ok

Four days later I flew from tijuana to Florida, about 10 hrs. It sucked but doable.

If your newly sleeved a 3 week stall is normal from what Ive read. If not analyze what your eating, reducing carbs , increasing water and protein! its annoying Im sure but It will come off. Your body is like "wtf" is going on and has to catch up!

Ok if you have a herbalife distributor near you look for their mango aloe. I know it sounds disgusting but it's great in water, a little goes a long way.
