  1. Congrats on your surgery.Im almost 5 months out.To answer your question you can eat cottage cheese if your new stomach can tolerate it.Mine didn't at first. You will notice that u can consume soft liquid type of foods BUT when u get to the solid.foods that's when u will realize to have a sleeve

  3. I was sleeved sept 10th 334lbs and today Nov 1st my weight is 284 down 50lbs.
  4. Hang in there each day that's goes by you will feel better.I was sleeved on sept 10th.the second day I was miserable. The third day I was sore, but each day that goes by trust me you will fill better.
  5. Oh yeah liquids go down much easier. When I was 5 days out It seemed like I could drink and eat a bowl of cream of wheat or a full bowl of soup. With that said the challenge will be when you are at stage 3 soft foods then you will be fully aware of your sleeve. When I was at stage 3 I said good now I can eat soft foods, well I started with 1 egg,1 sausage and some cottage cheese well I barely got that 1 egg down and that was it.I was completely full.
  6. I had the same issue.Trust me it will get better each day that's goes my surgeon said if u have 75% of your stomach removed you will be some nausea.
  7. Sorry about the previous reply.I was sleeved on Monday.I was getting crampy feeling too after sipping liquids I'm at stage 2 now with protein shakes sugar free jello chicken broth.the crampy feeling gets. Better with each day
  8. I was sleeved on Monday as well . I get some creamy feeling but not as bad as it was on we'd and thur
