Its my surgery date to get my band out and get sleeved....super nervous please pray for me

Two more days!!! Oct 8th is my day!!! I'm soooooo nervous...does anyone else have a late afternoon surgery time?

Will I always be either constipated or have diarrhea after the sleeve.....I heard that's what happens you will never be "normal" again...and now I'm sad lol

Harrisburg here...band to vsg on Oct 8th

I just had my endoscopy to go from band to sleeve on Oct 8th... they put u to sleep and I woke up fine no discomfort.. relax u will be fine ...the endoscopy took only 10 mins to go down and look at the band

I don't know if this helps but I have the lap band and when I first got surgery my stomach gurgled for link the first 2 months then it stopped lol...I had my band for almost 2 yes now and am getting sleeved Oct 8th

I'm getting my revision done the 1st week of October. I have confidence that I will lose, but once I'm at goal I'm scared I will regain and the whole thing will be pointless....this thought just keeps entering my mind and I can't shake it. I don't want to be a failure again like I was with my band...

I was so excited getting the band and my family knew how happy I was to get the band....well the first 2 months I lost 30 lbs I was so happy and so were the ones closest to me. Eventually I started getting the urge to eat wrong foods such as pizza pasta fried food etc...I would get stuck but once the feeling went away I would continue to eat even if i threw up. My appetite was crazy. I got pregnant 5 months after being banded but kept my 6 cc in my band. I only gained 20 lbs whole pregnancy. I started gaining weight after pregnancy I can now eat a whole sub like I did post op. I had the band since feb 11. I weighed 229 day of surgery I am now 222. I felt like such a failure to my family and friends to have been so excited and to now be the same size as I was pre band. I talked to my surgeon and he agreed to do my sleeve...I have fed bcbs of Pennsylvania and I got approved in 5 days! Now I have to get my ECD done on step 19th then I will get my surgery date yay! I hate my band and how uncomfortable I am when I eat. BTW I'm 5.1 and 24 yrs old
