I have been very cut off from the world. I want it more than anything. But I don't know how possible that will be

I am 24 and i have been fat my entire life. I have always neglected to do things with friends or go outside of my house because of being made fun of. I am 5'1 and weight 396lbs. I have done diets and changed my eating habits but nothing works. I have high blood pressure, diabeties, sleep apena and pains in my feet, knees and back. I am extranged from my family as i was abused by my father and my mother choose guys over me. I work full time and go to school full time but do not have any insurance. I need help. I have never been kissed. Nor gone on a date. I want to live. Please someone help me

I do have a flex spending account but only have 1100 on it.

Got the call saying my plan has an exclusion for bariatric anything. They can't fight it either. I need some help. Ideas.
