The gas pain is the worst, I was going nuts. After I was discharged from the hospital I could not sleep or sit or anything until I got some medication for gas. It was a chewable over the counter thing and it made hell of a difference. I did not need any pain killer or anything else really.

They took an x-ray to check if any leak. They gave me some medicine to drink during the x-ray that was the worst so far. I felt nauseous and pain. But things went fine afterwards. They are keeping me in the hospital. Tomorrow will start drinking.

Hello everyone I had my surgery today, it went great thanks God. I feel a little nauseous no major pain I am not sure if I do not feel any pain because of the meds or I an just really lucky Will keep u posted on my progress

I am lying in bed in the hospital, wearing my gown and waiting for my operation. I am a bit worried of the pain after operation but excited to start loosing weight .

Will keep you all informed about how things go. I will take before and after pictures not so sure I will post them though Looking forward to wear all my dreams clothes I am starting at size 20-22 Will update u on the progress

Will be sleeved on same day too. I have mixed feelings of fear and excitement.

Well tell us how ur nausea gets and keep us updated about ur recovery. We are here to encourage each other. Keep strong in few days all the discomfort will be history hopefully.

Well, i did not have to go through any pre operation diet. The only thing is my doctor recommended that I eat light during the last three days. I think it depends on the amount of fat you have to loose and the tests done.

Scared an worried to be honest ! Also, I cannot wait to start seeing major changes. I know I am committed, I know I am determined. I hope the post operation recovery is gonna go smooth. I am daydreaming about an entire wardrobe full of all my dream clothing :-)

My operation is on the 27th I am so excited but scared Is that normal ?
