  1. Why would you go back to foods (starches/carbs) that got you in trouble in the first place. Try to remember why you had this surgery, protein & water should be your only concerns right now. If your family is going to be eating foods that are trigger foods for you, maybe you could go out for a walk while they are eating it. Remember this is for you --
