  1. Take a pillow for the ride home(helps the tummy).I'm 4 months post-op. Remember sip everything slowly and if you get too full, getting up and moving around helps. I'm down 62lbs and feel great most of the time. I would advise keeping protien up and starting on biotin for hair loss ASAP.
  2. I'm almost 4 months post-op and am definately losing hair. It's a good thing it got so thick with vitamins before surgery or I might be bald very soon. A friend who also had surgery a few yrs ago told me to take Biotin, Lysine, Zinc, Flax Seed Oil and mega doses of B12 for the hair loss. That's a lot to add to my already large dose of vitamins...I just started yesterday so don't have results yet but hoping it works...I'm going on a cruise in October and don't want to be bald. Oh am down 60lbs.

I just joined this site. I had surgery 4 months ago and am losing my hair like crazy....just started taking more vitamins to try to help. Hoping it works...Biotin, zinc, B12(more of it) Lysine, Flax Seed oil....any other suggestions? I am sure I am getting enough protein and before surgery my hair was twice as thick as normal due to all the vitamins I started taking.I don't want to be bald.
