That would be great. This was my first meeting i went to. I think this meeting wasn't like their typical ones. We introduced ourselves but really didn't have much discussion because they took us to the pharmacy for samples tastings. I think the usual meetings would have more discussion between us and issues we might be having or advice. Just guessing of course since it was my first one.- Dallas, Texas Sleevers! !

You have done amazing, I also had Dr. Davidson as well. Do you go to any of the support group meetings at Forest Park? I haven't been to any of them yet but thinking of going. I had my surgery on 8/23/12.- Dallas, Texas Sleevers! !
Hello Aimee! I had a good experience there at Presby. The nurses were great there and the ones that come in to do your blood pressure were too. They get you walking around about 2 hours after surgery and you feel so nauseas or at least I did. I stayed 2 nights and they brought me my medications on time each time. I didn't have to call to nurse station. I really wanted to go to Forest Park but insurance said Presby but it turned out to be good. There is still a lot of construction around the hospital but if you go to the main enterance the surgery admitting is right there to the right. Their OR is in the basement of the hospital. Any more questions feel free to ask... jodi.battles@gmail.com. The first 5 days were tough but it does get better and I feel great now. Almost there and I think you will like Presby as well.- Dallas, Texas Sleevers! !
Hello attractiveval! -- Garland --- I was sleeved on 8/23/12. I am 12 weeks today. I had my surgery at Presby Dallas. I have lost 42 lbs since surgery day. My highest weight was 314 -- surgery day I was 282 - and today 240.2. I go 3wks without losing then will drop 10 in 2 days. Well that has happened with 20 of the 42 I have lost since then. I went from size 22 to a 16/18 (depends brand). It was rough there in the beginning but now I can't say I really have any complaints. I still have hard time getting my 64oz of Water in but I was never good at that.- Any Arlington Texas Sleever?
I see a lot of us are in the "Dallas" area. I had my surgery 8/23/12 at Presby of Dallas Dr. Davidson. Maybe at some point some of us can meet?? I am 35f and 5'3. My first weigh in was 304 -- Day of surgery 282 -- at 7wks 251. Hate to admit but still haven't worked out.. guess at some point real soon I need to get on that! - excited but worried in Dallas
