  1. I've been away from these boards for so long I don't even know where to start!! LOL:eek: Hello again to all you old bandster and howdy to all the newbies or soon to be....
  2. OK.... I think maybe just maybe I've hit my sweet spot... but I'm tighter in the mornings, which I hear is totally normal. Since my 5th fill on Monday I've been starting my day with a warm latte... followed by a South Beach bar. I used to have carnation instant Breakfast, but now the cold milk just does not work. Q: What do others with good restriction and also being tighter only in the mornings eat for breakfast? I do fine with solid foods for lunch & dinner, it's just mornings...
  3. Celeste: Congrats!! Glad it all went well....

My hubby and Sister are going with me to another NWWLS Seminar on the 15th in Bellevue...just so hubby can see it and ask any questions that he might have..... he is 100% supportive already...... but I would feel better if he heard about it from someone besides myself...(so I know he is listening) hehehe just kidding. He is also going to read the book that Jessie from NWWLS wrote when I'm done, I've only got about 15 pages left.
