  1. so glad I saw this, I have just started using my treadmill hoping it will help. do you think 15 min. 2X a day is enough- my speed is set at 2 I think.
  2. I LOVE this site- you guys are SO motivating. thanks... I have experienced the same thing.
  3. YES! Me too! I am 4 weeks out and I lost 17-18 lbs by week 2 but have stalled for the last 2. (my starting weight was 220). I am just starting to use my treadmill, hoping it will help. good luck.
  4. hi, I am only 4 weeks out so I don't know much but I do know that when I stopped mixxing my protein and skim milk in the blender and then stopped drinking out of a straw it helped ALOT. I think it is because of the extra air. Hope it helps.
  5. are they 2500 mcg? thanks.
  6. Hi Sleeve Master, I have read a couple of your other posts and notice you are ALWAYS so nice & POSITIVE with your encouragement and good thoughts. I just had to write you and tell you thanks. You have definately encouraged me to get on my exercise and maybe that will get my numbers moving (I weighed 220 day of surgery 5 weks ago and today 203.) I feel like that isn't alot but in perspective I guess it's pretty good. Is 20 min. 2X a day- on my treadmill enough? I hate exercise!!! I am 56.
  7. I really like the Nature's Bounty Sublingual (green bottle) natural cherry flavor, but have only found it in the 2500 mcg. so I have to cut them. but they are delicious and dissolve quickly under the tongue.
  8. thanks, I think I will try that.
  9. my nut. said to take 500 mg B-12 every day. My B-12 was a little low even before surgery so I feel 500 is a little low. Is anyone taking more? thanks.
  10. hi, please bare with me. I am new to this site and have never "msg" before? My sister in law and sister both had gastric bypass and BOTH warned me- "you WILL feel terrible for 6 weeks- be prepared". They said hormones are huge and you will get over it. I too (2 weeks yesterday) have my downs. I cry for ne reason and feel sorry for myself alot of the day. Even though I knew it would happen.
  11. I would love to try this. how much do you use and where do you buy them?
  12. Yeah you Melissa! Best of luck. I am 2 weeks out and just starting to feel pretty good. don't push yourself too quickly- listen to the Dr. and be patient. God Bless You.
  13. thanks- has ans. some questions for me as well. 2 weeks out.
