  2. I was sleeved june 25th and have lost 44 pounds! Anyway, I'm hearing about hair loss. Thankfully mine is thick enough that I can stand to lose a little. I understand that hairloss is a natural occurance when you lose a lot of weight. I'm only 2 months out so I haven't lost any....yet. Can any one who is past or in the hair loss stage fill me in? How much or how little did you lose and how long did it last for?
  3. I was told nothing more than walking until I was 6 weeks post op. I started at about 4.5 weeks and had no problem. 1 week is a little early, I would stick to walking for another couple weeks.
  4. The only pre-op diet I had to do was clear liquids for 3 days as well as no vitamins during that time. That was enough time for my liver to 'shirnk' enough for surgery. As long as you follow your doctors orders and don't cheat you should be fine. I worried about every little thing before my surgery and everything ended up fine. Good Luck!
  5. I was sleeved as well on 6/25. I had a really slow 3rd week only 2 lbs for a total of 24lbs. I'm walking an hour a day now to try and avoid a stall, I'm really hoping to hit 'ONEderland' by the end of the summer (Only 23 more pounds!) Has anyone read anything on how to avoid or break stalls?
