  12. Everybody is doing so good!! You all look great! I wish you all continued success in the future. I wasSleeved 11/5, down 57lbs..I'm so happy with my progress. Started at 325, day of surgery I was 310..Currently I weigh 253..I'm 6'1. I would like to lose another 25-30lbs..
  13. You can get to size 6! You look amazing!!
  14. From what I was told by my surgeon, protein is the most important food group post-op.For at least the first 6 months. It helps recovery, healing, preserves lean mass, keeps you fuller longer, and your body spends more energy trying to burn it. My doc told me post op no matter what you eat your going to lose weight,,But, if you don't get enough protein in, you will lose muscle as well as fat.. And the more you weigh, the more your going to lose initially.. So if somebodys weighs 400lbs, of course they will lose much more weight than somebody who is 260lbs..
  15. I think it's the surgeons preference. Even the woman got catheters after surgery in my hospital. Something about the anaesthesia
  16. mfp ID. gfraz2180 if you want to add me
  17. I look at it this way. We didn't get this size quickly, so I don't think we'll get to a healthy weight quickly. It's definitely a marathon, not a sprint. Just keep chipping away and you will get there.
  18. Hit a stall this week. I went to the gym 3 times and worked out pretty hard. I don't understand how I eat less than 800 cals a day and still hit a stall? Kind of aggravating but I'm not going to let it get me down
