  1. You may feel like you have no support now but once people see you change you will have them asking you questions and checking into it too. I use to care about what everyone thinks but I now realize I was treated worse when I was a fat person then a person who had WLS. Hold your head high and keep moving forward, you will not regret it.
  2. My guess is it is the hamburger. It seems to soon for something so hard to digest. Its going to take time but if you are in pain and it doesn't go away in an hour I would call someone. My surgeon puts everyone on 2weeks liquid, 2wks puree then 2wks soft food. Hamburger would be at least 6 weeks out. Good luck! Hope it feels better soon.
