  1. I have been doing it for the last 2 weeks. My surgery got moved to July 3rd so I literally ate my way through Disney World and now feel super guilty but i feel like i cannot stop!!! At one point I was even eating a second dinner on vacation because i was up late and hungry with food all around. I now have to spend the next 2 weeks detoxing (again) from sugar, soda, caffeine, fried everything and my worst habit, nicorette. I had gone gluten free for months and flushed it all when I got in the "last meal" mindset. Oh well, all i can do is try again. good luck to everyone else.

  3. Hey everyone. I am scheduled for June 26th. Pretty anxious but ready to get on with my life. Been hiding out in yoga stretch pants and long t-shirts for too long. I am 37 and take almost as much medication as my grandmother. Ready to go
