  2. Thanks everyone! I also read online about "starvation mode" and it seems to have some myths, however some truth. My calorie intake is most always less than 1000 calories a day and from what I read that could be part of the problem. I dunno maybe I'm freaking out over nothing.
  3. I had my gastric sleeve operation on March 14th of this year, and I'm down 65lbs (which is great) but my weight loss has already stalled a couple of times. Now it seems like its stalled for more than a week! I have been eating MUCH healthier than ever and I go to the gym 2-3 times a week for cardio workout. Anyone know what might be causing my weight loss to stall like this?

  5. Congrats to you all! My gastric sleeve surgery was on March 14th of this year and I've already lost just over 60lbs I was 339lbs pre op and today I was 277lbs. I absolutely have ZERO regrets its changed my life for the better already! I know everyones story is different and there's a good chance the first 2-3 weeks you'll find yourself wondering "What did I get myself into?". I promise it gets better! I was nervous/scared also that's only to be expected. I hope this helps to encourage you and relieve some worry/stress. Good luck on your journey and best wishes!
