  2. I use the Timer+ application by Minima Software. It is a free ap and allows you to set up multiple timers. I have several set up for different times and it allows you to name them as well, i.e., Time to Eat, Time to Drink, etc.

  4. I tried walking and the Gas-X strips, but neither seemed to help. It was my first full day home from the hospital, and I remembered the conversation with my doctor just prior to surgery. He mentioned that when I got home I should use Milk of Magnesia. I did a google search and read where it had helped others with gas pains after surgery. I took some immediately and began getting relief soon afterwards (of course, you will also want to be near a restroom). This alleviated my gas pains completely! If you try this method, I hope it works for you as well as it did for me. Good luck!
