  1. Hey April VSG WLS folks! I had my sleeve done 4/11/12. Went from 290 to 275 in one week (not sure if that’s normal). Eating lots of Soups through a strainer. But I think I'm kicking the carb desires. I never was a sugar person. I'm a typical High School football player that didn't stop eating after he stopped working out. I have my two week Nutrition checkup and should be moving to pureed food. I like cottage cheese and applesauce so I’m hoping that will help with motivation. Now I’m trying to get in 2 miles a day….pushing myself cause if I don’t do well after this jump start…I have bigger issues. Ha, ha, ha. Anyone have any good tasting and satisfying meals for phase 2? Thanks,
  2. I had my VSG done on 4/11/12 - Starting weight 290. Two weeks after the proceedure I'm down to 275.
