  1. Gina, I am 4 weeks post op and am truley hungry a lot of the time. My NUT said that 95% or more of the patients she sees don't feel that hunger (as the hormone that creates it was supposed to be removed in surgery). I am really struggleing and know how you feel.
  2. I know how you feel- I am 2 weeks post op and haven't felt any restriction but have been assured by others from this site that it will come with solid foods! Good luck!
  3. My surgery was on March 28th and I am not exercising. I have gone for a few 10 minute slow walks and I have also overdone it by going shopping. The pain isn't worth over doing it ...we are still recovering; take it slow and all the good will follow!
  4. Great success! I am one week today too and my follow-up isn't untill next Thursday. I am down 8lbs!
  5. I am one week post op and I am not having any feelings of restriction! I don't have to worry about sippping, I can drink- I can take my pills. Should I be concerned that my surgery wasn't done right?
