Not sure where you live, but I am going to Mexico from the East Coast (new jersey). So quite a trip for me. I am not worried about the trip home. I will just get up & walk around a bit on the plane & will let the staff know I have just had surgery. I also plan to see if I can upgrade to business class for the trip home, just to give me a bit of extra room.
My surgery if I had it here in NJ would have been $24,850. I simply couldn't afford that. So I am going with Dr Kelly in Mexico & it is costing $5500, plus airfare (which is about $500). That includes everything you need there.

I get the Icy Orange Isopure and also add some orange gatorade just to kill the tiny bit of after taste! I am looking for Tang sugarfree to try w it

Im doing pretty good i have lost 28 lbs since surgery. Fiinding the right protein for me was hard i spent alot of money on powders etc and cant drink them but i have found something at GNC called Isopure clear w zero carb, it comes in a glass bottle w about 10 different flavors, ex....icy orange, grape frost, apple...etc and they taste pretty good. They have 40 grams of protein per bottle and r considered a clear liquid for u all pre op! I tend to feel alot of nausea everytime i eat still but otherwise i feel great

My surgery was March 20 and since i have lost 28.5 lbs ( in 4 weeks) feeling great....had major fatigue for a few weeks but after i upped my b12 and found Isopure Clear no carb @ GNC i have done awesome...... 40 grams protein per bottle and it taste like gatorade....well worth the money

Msmook has awesome video blogs its worth watching putting ur mind at ease.......only 3 days now a nd we will b sleeved bff! Cant wait takingthejourney.......so glad we can walk this rd together and b support and besties on top of it! I love u like my sister girl!
