Pcargo What did they say about the anti depresants? I'm on an maoi and having crazy side effects dizzy, low blood pressure, I've fainted 4 times already and this is week 3 of being sleeved.

Any one have a particular brand or type of bar they are really satisfied with? Many thanks

Sleeve for me, The best thing you can do are squats. They hit the inner thighs like crazy and also the outer thighs. Unfortunately the leg sleds do not hit the butt and inner thighs.

Mrs. Try the premmier protien tastes like chocolate milk but not too thick. Each serving contains 30grams of protien with only 5g of carbs and even less fat for a total Amy of only 160 calories. Also they are cheap compared to similar products. You can get them at SAMs or Costco.

I had been hitting the protien really hard however I was consuming kettle to no carbs. Had an orange and later that day an apple and my energy went through the roof!!! Before I was really dragging.

Anyone take nardil after being sleeved? Nardil is an maoi that is known to cause weight gain. Wondering if the craving for carbs would be tamed with the sleeve?
