  1. Get some B-12 in. Can be placed under tongue daily. We are very low in B-12 and will remain that way for a while!
  2. I am 3 weeks out of sleeve surgery. You MUST get your protein in daily, as well as liquids and vitamins. I hated the protein weeks with liquids--yuck! I stuck to it and have lost 20 lbs! I had my surgery 12/6 and am now on soft foods. I am just craving hard boiled eggs, so that's what I'm eating. I also do plain hamburger when I'm out w/cheese and leave off the bread. Works great! So sorry for you and your family. You know, I feel that we're all just a step away from losing our homes. It's scary time. God Bless and good luck job hunting!
