  2. Take your time, you can drink broths, slimfast, and take pepcide. Will power, water, and walking. Small sips so you won't get dehydrated. Yogurt, jello's, cottage cheese, and make sure they are sugar free. Just take your time and talk with your support group. SOmeone is always there to help you.
  3. That's awesome! I had my sleeve surgery 9/20/11. I am 5'1 and 56 years old. I weighed 225 during my classes and lost 10lbs before surgery. So I was at 215 before surgery.I am now at 194, It seems like its going slowly, so I am getting depressed. My delima is my medical insurance has ended and I can not go to the doctor. I don't know what routine to do or what to eat....can you help me?
