  1. Hello All, This is my first time on the forum, I am waiting for approval from my insurance to get the sleeve procedure done I am 5"1 and I weigh 195 pound and counting. My BMI is 35 and people really don't think I need to have the surgery, but I continue to gain weight no matter how much working out I do or how well I eat and change my habits I can't lose the weight. I am so scared to have surgery but I know that I need to have this done, I have three co-morbid conditions high blood pressue, high cholesterol and sleep apnea. What is the recovery process like and how did you feel after the surgery, was anyone able to go right back to work or had to stay out for weeks?
