  3. Thanks. Things have been going really well. Getting over the mental cravings for certain foods was the hardest part. But for me, since the surgery my tastes have totally changed. Things I used to eat before that were really bad for me don't look good anymore. I really think this has saved my life.
  4. I've never visited a forum like this before and have never done anything like this before. I have been obese my whole life and have always wanted to have some sort of bariatric surgery. I began the whole process in October of 2010 and weighed 504 lbs. at my first appointment. I had the vertical sleeve surgery on February 3rd, 2011 and I have lost 152 lbs. since.
