    Just to clear up the muscle pic was pre 9-11-01 3 days prior.I was a 1st responder and life changed dramatically that dayas well as my weight gain.I am working back to "old Steve".new and improved.

    Months since surgery and it's been a pretty coll ride down 111. In a 3 week stall as I speak but sizes in clothing still going down. Exercise is up Stamina is up. Almost off meds ...! Will try and put some pics up. Pretty recent.... Back at my goal.... The journey beginning...l
