  1. My Day consists pretty much of any were from 70-80g of protien and I try not to go over 40-50 carbs a day . I really honestly feel I am still on track when it comes to my intake I don't even cheat and I get tons of water in daily I just can't seem to make the scale move...I have thought of going back to a liquid diet for a week to see if I can shock myself into loosing again..I just dont know what to try next. Thx all for your responces
  2. its been 53 days and not one pound..is this it... It's been alittle over 9 months since my surgery and I've lost about 110 pounds and I know thats a huge gift but I still hvae about 60-70 pounds I need to loose and since the beggining of Jan I haven't lost anything and I'm upset that this could be it. anyone going through the same thing here
