    Hi, I had my VSG on Friday 18th Feb in Telford, and all is well. I am very stiff and sore whenever I move from sitting to standing, but it is only four days post op! I think I was a little over optimistic about how 'pain free' this would all be. I also feel there is little printed info for English patients, and I would love to hear from anyone who has had the sleeve op in the South West of the UK. Are there any support groups I can visit?
