  1. Hi Connie, Im 1 month post op and I hear ya on the nausea. It likes the 1st trimester of a pregnancy. Even water makes me nauseous sometimes. It WILL get better however. I spoke with the rep at Celebrate vitamins because they make me sooo nauseous, and she too is a WLS patient so she totally understands. I can say this is the first week where water didnt make me nauseous. As my literature says, if you can't stomach it yet, put it aside and try again a few weeks later. Good luck!
  2. I know what you mean! Im just 4 weeks out as of Thursday and feel since week 2 1/2 that I am eating too much-because Im hungry! Supporters in agroup I belong to on Facebook tell me to drink water (LOTS)and be sure to get in my protein shakes. That should help with hunger.
  3. Wow-thank you for posting this about the 3 week mark! I am 4 weeks out as of this past Thursday and I too fell victim to the 3 week stall. Since then, I managed to lose another 2lbs. I think unfortunately it is also so easy to fall victim to the scale. Glad I found this group as I need to learn a lot!
