  1. Hang in there. It is normal for some of us to feel hunger . Im lucky enough to still feel hunger but I'm leArning to deal with it. Sometimes I'm just thirsty.

    sounds like you are doing great. your story sounds alot like mine ...from your weight to when you went back to work and the energy level. Just curious....... for me my blood pressure got low very fast and zapped all my energy. I was off my blood pressure pill after 3 weeks . Felt so much more energy when i went off of it. Try to get as much protien in as you can cause that will make you heal sooooo much faster. Hang in there! and keep us informed!

  8. I have had only a few diet mt dew..caffeine free drinks but i put them in frig in glass of ice and let sit and go flat. that is what my dr told me to do if i had to have them. I mainly drink decaf tea with splenda.

  15. Hello , i had sleeve gastrectomy in September 2010. Iave loss 35 lbs and i know lots of inches . Not sure how many but i wear about 3 to 4 sizes smaller in my jeans. YAY!!!! Although for 3 weeks i have been stuck...the scales are not moving and it is getting me down. I don't want to get depressed about this. I'm drinking my protein and getting my fluid in but......im ready to see scales move again.Any suggestions on my diet .... I do walk at least 5 days a week on eliptical for 30 minutes. Please just someone tell me what to do to start losing again.
