  1. Good for you, Karen! I am expecting to have to repeat Week One....it is still better than nothing, right?!
  2. I have the bra issue as well....I finally found the perfect one. Enell Sports Bra - Oprah's Favorite Enell Sports Bra - Leading Enell Bra Store I ordered mine directly from enel.com, that was the only place I could find the bigger size. I did have to wait a bit for it, but it was totally worth it. Nothing moves!!!
  3. sorry, i didn't read the post carefully enough....i will join you, i like the option of repeating weeks if necessary. so glad you thought of this!
  4. I just focused on your exercise quote....that is just what I needed to hear!
  5. thanks for the links! i do want to try....i was going to wait until i got under 200, but maybe that is silly. i will get there a lot faster running vs. walking, right? have you started yet?
  6. Great, thanks! That gives me an idea of where to start .
  7. I just ordered my bathing suit....can't wait to start swimming! I am loving this thread. Can you all tell me how often you swim now? How often did you when you were starting out? I am curious, I have read you shouldn't run every day, does the same apply for swimming? Thanks!
  8. I know it seems insurmountable at this point...but, when I was considering all of this, I looked around at all the different threads/topics and read bandster's signatures. It is incredibly motivating to see all the successes on this board! You CAN do it:clap2:
  9. Musicalmomma-Happy Birthday!!!! I am in for August...I was late starting in July, so I didn't make my goal. But, now that I have started, I think 600 minutes is a doable goal. I read somewhere that ab work should wait until 3 months out, but I plan to email my drs. office this week and see what they say. Has anyone asked about limitations on exercise? I am thinking about starting to run (yikes) at some point. My family does a Turkey Trot that I would love to join in (instead of watching the kids) for the first time ever!
  10. 90 more minutes between the last two days...it is amazing how it becomes a habit so quickly.
  11. well, i got 30 more minutes yesterday....but, i am probably not going to make my goal. i know i can do it for august though...and probably more.
  12. i can't figure out how to get all my protein in with three 1/2 cup servings a day either.
  13. That is awesome! :clap2:
  14. marga-i totally relate...my kids fighting sends me to the cookie box (used to anyway). Hang in there. i had been feeling some restrictions for the first three weeks after surgery. well, all that is gone now. i am starving. some is head hunger, i know...but some of it is real hunger. and my fill is still 6 weeks away. and then i still won't feel a lot of restriction, if any ( i have been reading your fill posts). i did email my docs office about the date of my fill. no response yet. ugh. okay, i vented...promise to be more positive next post!
