  1. Hi, Are there any Boston or Mass. bandsters out there??
  2. Ali, I know that it is difficult to make time, my kids are now 14 and 12 and it is still hard. I found a great exercise DVD. It is the Biggesst Loser 2. What I love about it, is in the menu you can choose the timed routine workouts and put them together, so if you only have 15 minutes, that is all that you do and you will feel like you completed at workout. If you have more time, than add in a few extra workouts. there are 9 different workouts to choose from and warm up and cool down. I love this DVD plus, these people inspire me. Check it out! Good luck!
  3. Misty, you will do great! Don't worry about it and keep me posted when you return. You'll be in my thoughts tomorrow!
  4. Hi, I add unflavored whey (which you can find at GNC) to sugar free carnation instant breakfast and 8 ounces of skim milk; CIB is 4 grams of protein + the whey is a total of 25 grams of protein. It is really good if you mix it in a blender!!
  5. Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. I just came across your websight today. I was banded on 2/21/07 at Faulkner Hospital in Boston. Pre-op, I lost 14 pounds. Today, I stepped on the scale and was psyched to see that I have now dropped a total of 30 pounds!!!! I couldn't believe my eyes! I love the lap band! I look forward to meeting all of you and hearing your stories.
