Hey lady, I've hit onederland at 197 this weekend. Things are going great, trying to get serious and hit the gym like I should, but you know take one day at a time. I love my sleeve, i still get frustrated when i'm in the middle of a bite and know I cant afford to swallow it. Hows the reflux? Email me and let me know how your check up went. Down 43 lbs!!

I still love my sleeve, just aggravated at times about the 3 bites, but then I'm glad I have something to stop me from overeating. I just hate when I feel full in the middle of a bite. I'm 10lbs from hitting 199!

Feel like I got the swing of things, now, the 3 bites is a little frustrating, but thank goodness no hunger!

Checking on you, how are you feeling? I feel pretty much back to normal will return to work Thursday. Each day will get better

You have to wash them several times and dry them with papertowels for best results. The smell I couldn't get pass, so good luck. Let me know how it goes.

Left shoulder pain

I am on day 9, heating pad, and hot Water on the shower to penetrate the shoulder should. I did not have shoulder pain until my jp drain was removed at my wk checkup. Hope this helps:) -

I'm officially Sleeved. I am 3 days post op. Thanks for the support surgery went a lil longer since I had scar tissue from splenectomy.

Hello All, I will be having my surgery Dec. 1, 2010 in Carrollton, Texas. I am soooo excited. Not looking forward to the 2 wk preop diet over Thanksgiving, but it will be so worth it. -

I'm going with Dr. Nick in Dallas. Tricare refused to cover me, so I will be self pay, I forgot about the new doctor @ metroplex he started when I quit working there. I'm glad everything went well and you feel great! I'm soooo excited and ready to be healthy. I'm a little nervous about the diet, not sure why considering i've done medifast before. Maybe because i know surgery is soon. I will be checking in with you. Thanks!! -
