  1. I am 9 months out and have done well, and STILL use the Flintstone Chewables or the gummies. My surgeon said, If I needed to stay on them the rest of my life, to go ahead and do it!! By taking the Flintstones you can take them together or seperate. I wish you luck.
  2. Charmer 123, I was sleeved on Sept 1. I feel pretty well, I am having a hard time getting all my liquids in. I have been active, between walking and running errands. I have had minimal pain but some discomfort. I had a pca machine with moriphin the first 24 hours and haven't used anything since. I am very grateful that I haven't had any pain. I too am not hungry at all, stomach or head yet!!! I hope that the gas situation ends for you soon. I know that was the biggest issue that I had many years ago from a gallbladder removal. Anxious to see how you feel in the coming days!! Best Wishes for a speedy recovery!!
  3. Hi ! I am new to Vertical Sleeve Talk and I was sleeved on Sept 1. Had no complications, released from the hospital 2 days later. So far so good, trying really hard to get all the liquids in as I am not hungry at all. Looking forward to having friendly support in this new journey of my life.
