  1. Hello mommy4, I am exactly where you are 240lbs. and 15 days post-op and I have hit a stall already. Like everyone else I have read about this problem, I keep hearing to up the protein, but it is hard to get all the mess down at times. I feel like I am spending my whole day trying to put food in that I do not want and drink these awful protein drinks. I am going to try all protein tomorrow. Tell ya how it goes
  2. Oh man, I said the same thing on day 4 "WHAT THE HELL DID I DO" I am now 6 days post-op and things are starting to get better. Food is going down a little better. Just kick up the protein, It helps. I am right where you are so if you need to talk give me a click Debbie
  3. HI, I am on day 4 also, and am having trouble getting all these fluids down. I do ok for a while and then I just have to go lay down. I have gained 6 lbs. sense surgery is this normal?
