We'll I had my surgery on the 24 of March an have lost 37 pounds couldn't be more happier I am feeling great I am glad I had this surgery. But the last week an a half I feel like I have stalled feeling a little discourage but I know it's only temporarily

Had a post op appointment today got some great news cw 293 an sw was 307 hw 324 down 14 pounds since surgery which was on March 24 also was told to stop taking insulin an my metformin was 2000mg an now it's 1000mg was also told to stop taking bloop pressure medicine an my cholesterol medicine was cut in half. I am so happy never felt better. Hope everyone else is also doing good

Might have to try that tomorrow sounds good

I got 4 weeks but my job is more of bending twisting an picking up heavy objects hoping I get 2 extra weeks

Did u get the regular pizza sauce or do they sell lite

I stop eating before I feel full

Hi everyone I had my surgery Monday the 24 an been feeling good I'm just still having trouble drinking water an the isopure protein drink the chicken broth goes down smoothly

Just got home an still have some pain hopefully it will go away soon

The only pain I have is cause of gas, but I been walking also sat up in bed n in the chair hopefully I get to go home today

Hello every one my surgery went well. Can't wait to go home hopefully tomorrow just have minor pain on my chest

The other one that is good is 100% whey gold standard protein

Try premiere that's what I'm drinking it's low fat milk 30 grams protein they sell them at costco or SAMs club
