  3. Thanks for your kind and supportive words ladies.! I have spoken to my dietician and had a review and they suggest that, if anything,I could be eating more.I just don't feel the need to eat more than my body tells me is adequate . I wanted to bounce off others as I believe others experiences are a guide for those of us who are still finding our way : )))
  4. I had my surgery on 23/08 and have lost 15 kilos ( 33 pounds ) since then. I was given a small fill at the time of surgery and 2 weeks ago my surgeon felt I was doing well enough to not fill again at this stage. I eat roughly between 600-900 calories per day. I had sushi last night, and that went down fine- Im a chewing machine! I usually have 1 weetbix with skim milk and a granulated sugar substitute for Breakfast. Either some steam fresh pre packaged fish with a scoop of mashed potato or a poached egg with smoked salmon for lunch and similar for dinner. Portions are between 130-200 grams . I'm a little hungry now and again but nothing major. Is this normal ? Am I eating enough or too much ? What, if anything should I be doing differently ?
