  1. My two weeks post op is today. I've lost 30 lbs. exactly and not much exercise. I have been drinking my protein shakes to prevent muscle loss. Dr said I can eat puréed food after one week post op. My first fill will be on 1/22. Good luck on your fill. Let us know what it's like. I'm envoys about mine
  2. Mine was done early dec 20 as well. My surgeon ran into problems tho. He said my anatomy was different than most others. He said I had a large vein that came up to my liver and he had to dissect it. So I lost a lot of blood and his assistant fainted. Lol well, I didn't need a blood transfusion but I got to stay 2 nights in the hospital. I feel a lot better now but breathing was my biggest challenge.
  3. Every time I write today's date at work, I feel more and more nervous. Liquid diet all day:(
  4. Thanks. I'm looking forward to that as it will be a fresh start.

  14. Thanks for your input. I had my final weight check / consult today. I asked a lot of questions and got what I needed. Now within two weeks I will be notified by phone when my surgery takes place. I can't wait. I feel excited.

  16. Hi everyone. I'm doing the 6 mo. Diet monitoring. It's BS but tomorrow I finish w my 6th mo. My concerns are my job. I work as a heating and air tech and tend to sweat a lot and chug a bunch of water. How will this affect my job? Will I have to carry water on me and take sips through out the day?
